Terms and Conditions for Clothing Retailers 

As a wholesale buyer, please read the following terms and conditions that will apply to your purchase.

Minimum order quantity for each model is three pieces, in three different sizes. We do not have any restrictions on the maximum quantity that can be ordered.

The name or logo of our company will not be attached on the package, or on anywhere else ( just let us know if you prefer )

We can design your company logo and produce the items with it.

We can develop entire collection for you from scratch.

Our wholesale rules: After you applied as our wholesale customer, you can get the access to our discount prices

Wholesale discounts do not apply to promotional or flash deal items, and the coupons cannot be used for wholesale orders.

Order processing time: the time required for processing orders will vary depending on the quantity ordered. We will provide you with a more accurate timeline upon receipt of your order.

Shipping: We ship all wholesale orders through UPS Express, and the shipping fees will be borne by the buyer. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or customs charges that may be incurred during shipping.

Payment: We require a 50% deposit upon placing your order. the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges: we do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Please notify us within five days of receiving you rorder if you need to return or exchange any items.

Production capacity: our company, EUG FASHION, has the capacity to produce any quantity required, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.
